Alice Lepique is a Vice President at ONEVC, focused on investing and supporting ONEVC’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining the firm, Alice spent three years at McKinsey & Co. and, during her MBA, worked at Actis, an Infrastructure Private Equity firm, thus developing a generalist strategy and finance toolkit.
Alice holds a BA in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo, an MBA from The Wharton School, and an MA in international studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
She is passionate about technology as a propellant of regional development, as well as supporting businesswomen in Latin America. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and outdoor sports like hiking, biking, and running, as well as cooking and spending time with her family.
