Aro is a Brazilian fintech that uses data and AI to be the personal financial agent of Brazilians, starting with credit. It understands each person’s situation, searches and compares loan options across more than 40 partners authorized by the Central Bank, helps renegotiate debts and shows the next step when no offer comes through. The same agent can also be embedded in any app, WhatsApp or website, so other platforms can offer credit, payments and collections to their own customers.

Financial products multiplied in Brazil, but the layer of service and guidance that exists for investments never reached credit, the main pain point for lower-income Brazilians. Aro is built for them: more than 1 million people have already used it, and 92% had no access to credit before.

Aro was founded in 2024 by Pedro Milanez (CEO), the first employee of Nubank and co-founder of Lastro, and Yuri Mannes, former Vice President of Innovation at BR Media Group.
