Tako Payroll & People Ops replaces a company's payroll and HR systems and runs the entire employee journey: onboarding, payroll, vacations, offboarding and benefits, with real-time calculations and native integration with eSocial, Brazil's government labor reporting system. Tako Recruiter plugs into the ATS a company already uses, interviews every qualified candidate and delivers decision-ready scorecards.

Built for both scale-ups and large enterprises, with enterprise-grade security, multi-entity (multi-CNPJ) support and full audit trails, Tako helps leading Brazilian companies cut rework, speed up decisions and give HR, People and Finance teams full control of their operations.
