are builders

Our role is to ensure the builders we back always have the kind of support we wish we had when we were building ourselves. We embrace the journey alongside them, step by step, brick by brick.

LogShare is a logistics SaaS platform for enterprise companies that optimizes backhaul cargo loads between shippers by finding efficiencies in their freight networks and using technology to promote collaboration so that players take advantage of idle capacity in each others' routes. Its solution has earned LogShare a strategic partnership with the Santos Port Authority, the largest in Latin America.

The company's mission is to reduce inefficiencies within the Brazilian freight network, which is highly dependent on road transport. Every 2 out of 5 trucks that traffic on Brazilian highways return empty to their points of origin.

The collaborative concept that LogShare facilitates not only reduces logistics costs, but also reduces carbon emissions up to 50% — one of the most important metrics for enterprise companies with ESG and sustainability goals.

The best investors
are builders

We've been on the other side: building.

Investment philosophy

ONEVC is a seed-stage venture capital firm backing builders across Latin America. We've helped build companies ourselves and know firsthand the courage, ambition, and energy it takes to build something from scratch. That experience shapes how we invest and how we partner: our builders are the protagonists, and being invited along for their journey is a privilege we don't take lightly. Our job is to serve them and do whatever we can to make them succeed.
