Fly Media is an AI-native media studio that creates, scales, and monetizes proprietary digital intellectual property (IP). The company develops synthetic, persona-led franchises for YouTube, decoupling content from the limitations of human creators. Its core asset is a closed-loop technology platform that uses performance data to systematically optimize content for audience engagement and retention. By engineering for watch-time, Fly Media aims to build a portfolio of durable digital brands that can be monetized beyond platform advertising into higher-margin ventures like merchandise, licensing, and interactive products. The founders, Victor Trindade and Mario de Sá, worked previously together as co-founders of NG.CASH. Victor has also successfully built multiple ventures in the creator economy, including Neagle (a YouTube channel scaled to 17M subscribers).
