SuaQuadra is a proptech startup focused on removing friction from commercial real estate transactions. It aims to improve the lives of both SMB stores and commercial real estate owners by delivering a better experience throughout the whole rental journey — from discovery to closing and management. SuaQuadra's first product is a marketplace to list and find new properties.

What makes the commercial real estate industry in Brazil interesting is twofold: first, it is at the same time very fragmented and very large, with a rental GMV of R$222B. Second, it’s an industry with a very low NPS – tenants have a hard time finding the perfect property given how fragmented the supply is, guarantees are expensive, contracts are not standardized and permits take months. Owners have to rely on poor service, and face vacancy and high delinquency rates.
