Founders
are builders

Our role is to ensure the builders we back always have the kind of support we wish we had when we were building ourselves. We embrace the journey alongside them, step by step, brick by brick.

Loopi is an embedded finance platform that lets mid-sized companies run their own supplier-financing program: receivables anticipation, payments and credit in a single place, with the formalization and accounting of every operation handled by the platform.

A company uploads its invoices and sets its own rates, and its suppliers anticipate what they are owed on a self-service basis, paid within minutes at any hour. Behind it, Loopi validates and registers each invoice, runs KYC on every participant, reconciles payments in real time and handles the digital signatures. The business earns financial revenue on a flow it already knows, while offering its suppliers better rates than the market and gaining room to extend its own payment terms.

Loopi was founded by Ricardo Bechara (CEO), former General Manager of Rappi Brazil and CMO at Mobly, and Felipe Brasileiro (COO), co-founder and CEO of Parafuzo.

Soul of Builders. Heart of risk-takers. Hands of operators. Mind of investors

Investment philosophy

ONEVC is a seed-stage venture capital firm backing builders across Latin America. We've helped build companies ourselves and know firsthand the courage, ambition, and energy it takes to build something from scratch. That experience shapes how we invest and how we partner: our builders are the protagonists, and being invited along for their journey is a privilege we don't take lightly. Our job is to serve them and do whatever we can to make them succeed.
