Driven is an EdTech player offering two main services: 1) easy-to-digest video classes through RespondeAi, the main study platform used by engineering students in Brazil, with 1.5 million students on the base and 2) a four to six-month online course focused on forming junior full-stack developers aiming to join top-tier companies, such as iFood, Itau and OLX. The company's ultimate goal is to tackle one of LATAM’s largest issues: the talent gap in the technology market.

Driven operates under an Income Share Agreement (ISA) model, allowing students to join the courses without needing to pay upfront and instead sharing a percentage of their salaries once they are employed. More than 90% of the leads come from RespondeAi’s existing base, allowing Driven both to acquire students at a low cost and to select the best ones.
