Enter uses AI to empower the legal departments of large companies in civil and labor litigation. Every step of a lawsuit is supported by Enter's technology, with full audit and editing, while the legal strategy stays with the client's own teams and the law firms that represent them.

The problem is uniquely large in Brazil, where an accessible court system and a protective consumer culture leave banks, airlines and marketplaces handling thousands of claims every month. Enter supports more than 300,000 lawsuits a year for Bradesco, Nubank, Mercado Livre, Airbnb, LATAM Airlines, Azul and more than 40 other large companies.

In May 2026 Enter became Latin America's first AI unicorn, raising a Series B led by Founders Fund, with Ribbit Capital, Sequoia Capital and ONEVC. ONEVC was Enter's first investor, leading its pre-seed round, and Enter is Sequoia's second investment in Brazil, twelve years after Nubank.

Enter was founded in 2023 by Mateus Costa-Ribeiro (CEO), Michael Mac-Vicar (CTO) and Henrique Vaz (CPO).

    Harvard Law LLM and law graduate from UnB; left the Stanford MBA, as a Knight-Hennessy Scholar, after one quarter to build Enter. The youngest Brazilian to become a lawyer and to be admitted to the New York Bar.

    CTO

    Co-founder and CTO of Wildlife Studios for eleven years.

  • Henrique Vaz

    CPO

    Computer science and statistics at Harvard. General Manager and then CMO at Wildlife Studios; before that co-founder of ScaleMonk, EIR at Bessemer and a software engineer at Tesla.

ONEVC is a seed-stage venture capital firm backing builders across Latin America. We've helped build companies ourselves and know firsthand the courage, ambition, and energy it takes to build something from scratch.
