IORQ is a tech-driven private credit manager with around R$3 billion under management. It originates, structures and monitors credit with its own technology across three fronts: direct lending to companies, from working capital to receivables financing; asset-backed securities, through its own receivables funds (FIDCs); and white-label embedded finance for companies that want to offer credit to their own ecosystem.

Mid-sized Brazilian companies are poorly served by the large banks, and the ecosystems around them want to offer credit but lack the stack to do it: franchisors lending to franchisees, marketplaces to their buyers and sellers, delivery apps to restaurants and couriers, ERPs to their clients. IORQ brings the credit know-how, the funding and the technology, and connects borrowers directly to investors.

IORQ was launched in 2025 with the acquisition of Quatá Investimentos, a corporate credit manager with more than 18 years in the market.
