Capim is building the operating system for dental clinics in Brazil. It brings practice management, payments and patient financing into a single platform built exclusively for dentists: scheduling, electronic records, CRM, AI-powered automation, and the first card terminal designed for dental practices, fully integrated with the clinic's finances.

It started with credit. Most dental care in Brazil is paid out of pocket, and over 160 million Brazilians have no private health plan. Many patients also lack credit cards or access to financing at the point of care. Capim lets clinics offer financing and installment plans, so more treatment plans get accepted and fewer chairs sit idle. Clinics pay a take-rate because Capim brings them revenue they would otherwise lose.

Owning the clinic's daily workflow is what makes this compound. Capim sees the patient journey from diagnosis to payment, so credit is native to the product, not bolted on. Today Capim serves more than 13,000 dental clinics in 400+ cities, has helped over 100,000 patients access treatment, and has originated more than R$450 million in credit.
