Our role is to ensure the builders we back always have the kind of support we wish we had when we were building ourselves. We embrace the journey alongside them, step by step, brick by brick.

Docket is an infrastructure layer for credit businesses in real estate, banking and agriculture sectors in Brazil.

Credit operations in Brazil depend on a set of notarized documents and many bureaucratic processes that can be streamlined with technology and hard-to-build integrations with local notary houses. Docket became the only platform to integrate with most of the notary ecosystem and to develop a seamless end-to-end solution for credit businesses, bringing efficiency and increasing sales for its customers.

The company was founded in 2016 by Pedro Roso, Rodrigo Lopes and Flavio Castaldi, and today serves some of the most relevant credit businesses in Brazil, becoming an essential piece of infrastructure in their digital transformations.

The best investors
are builders

We've been on the other side: building.

Investment philosophy

ONEVC is a seed-stage venture capital firm backing builders across Latin America. We've helped build companies ourselves and know firsthand the courage, ambition, and energy it takes to build something from scratch. That experience shapes how we invest and how we partner: our builders are the protagonists, and being invited along for their journey is a privilege we don't take lightly. Our job is to serve them and do whatever we can to make them succeed.
