Garagem is an all-in-one platform for real estate brokers and agencies in Brazil. It brings together a CRM, WhatsApp, the broker’s own website, listings published to the main portals, digital contracts, property certificates and payments, so a sale or a rental can be run from the first lead to the commission payout without stitching several systems together.

Brokers already work on WhatsApp, so Garagem connects it straight to the CRM: every conversation is recorded against the deal, several people can answer on the same number, and AI agents reply to leads after hours, qualify them and follow each negotiation. The platform is modular and serves independent brokers as well as agencies of any size, and it integrates with ZAP, Viva Real, OLX, ImovelWeb and QuintoAndar.

Garagem was born inside EmCasa, one of Brazil’s largest digital real estate brokerages. After more than seven years building technology for its own brokers, the team rebuilt it from scratch as a product for the whole market and launched it in May 2025.
