Inner AI is building the digital workforce Brazilian small businesses need. It starts with a general-purpose AI assistant that introduces entrepreneurs and other real-economy workers to AI, and grows with them into Squad, a team of AI agents that runs marketing, sales, customer support, operations, finance, legal and HR.

Squad does not ask business owners to know what software to build or to prompt it into existence. It ships ready-to-use applications built around the rails Brazilian businesses run on, from WhatsApp Business and Pix to boleto, ERPs and invoicing systems. And because payments run through it, Squad sees the whole journey, from the first ad to the sale and what follows, so every agent keeps getting better at bringing customers in and keeping them.
