Facio offers fast, transparent short-term credit to Brazilian workers, an alternative to overdraft, revolving card debt and loans loaded with hidden fees. It started with salary advances and today serves millions of customers across the country.

A customer applies in the app and Facio reads their income straight from the bank account, with no fixed salary required, so the money arrives in about two minutes. The loan is repaid in a single installment on a date the customer chooses, at a cost shown upfront, and the sooner it is paid, the cheaper it gets.

Facio was founded in 2019 by Saulo Tristão (CEO) and Ticiano Vieira (CFO), previously co-founders at SumUp, and Márcio dos Santos (CTO), whom they met through ONEVC.

ONEVC is a seed-stage venture capital firm backing builders across Latin America. We've helped build companies ourselves and know firsthand the courage, ambition, and energy it takes to build something from scratch. That experience shapes how we invest and how we partner: our builders are the protagonists, and being invited along for their journey is a privilege we don't take lightly.
